Technology

CIC adopts standards for students to foster future-ready learning, emphasizing the need for students to excel in an ever-changing technological world. At CIC, we work together with core and single-subject teachers to implement and evaluate technology-integrated learning experiences.

CIC provides a comprehensive range of technology-focused courses, such as robotics, computer/technology, STEAM related courses such as physics, interactive math , among others.

Furthermore, CIC offers technology/STEAM after-school activities, school clubs, and events/competitions that give students various opportunities to develop and apply technical skills.

CIC invests and maintains a diverse array of technology systems, devices, software,and apps to enhance student learning and improve school operations. Our technological resources which encompass educational technology and IT network infrastructure, are carefully chosen and continously updated to meet the evolving needs of our school.

CIC offers numerous technology integration opportunities for students, teachers, and staff to utilize technology systems and resources in education:

  • Bring your own technology device (BYOTD) : Laptops facilitate the learning environment for students from grade 4-12, encouraging blended learning and mobility. Technical support is available under specific guidelines from the Tech Support Office. Please refer to our BYOTD Guide for more information.

  • Computer and STEAM Labs : Available at all school levels, these labs supplement  mobile device usage with various programmable devices and maker resources.

  • Classroom supplies : such as Plasma or TV Screens, and projectors.

Technology Support

Technology support is provided by the Tech Support Office. BYOTD support is available within specified parameters at the Tech Support Office.
